Arizona’s law mimics the Federal law that isn’t being enforced by the Feds. Arizona’s law isn’t nearly as harsh as MEXICO’s which allows police to ask you at ANY time for your papers. Meanwhile, the President of Mexico comes here and wags his finger at us for being nicer than his drug-controlled hell-hole of a country…and about 50% of our idiot Congress applauds him.

A flotilla of morons tries to run a blockade when all they had to do was submit to inspection. They attack Israel’s military members and then cry “foul!” when the military opens fire on them. Practically the whole world sides against Israel. The people on the flotilla purposefully provoked the Israelis. Rockets are launched from Gaza all the time so it isn’t a wonder that Israel would be suspicious of ships trying to run a blockade. Meanwhile, some idiot pundit believe Israel is supressing the story of those on the boats by detaining them when they were given the option of being flown home or being sent to jail – they CHOSE jail.

Israel defended itself and is being called monsters for it. I’m surprised Israel hasn’t just told the world to “shove it” and started shooting and bombing everything in sight. Israel has been more than patient and kind with the Palestinians – we would have invaded.

Meanwhile, our retarded (to put it nicely) Attorney General refuses to do his job. Sestak offered a job? Not checking it out. Black Panthers physically intimidate voters? Not checking it out. Is militant Islam linked to recent terrorists attacks? Not going to talk about. ERIC HOLDER IS A STOOGE – the only way he could be more of a lapdog for Obama is if he were literally a tiny dog sitting in Obama’s lap. He’s worse than a figurehead because he’s complicit in covering for Obama.

Despite Obama’s promises of transparency, he and those who serve him consistently cover up, spin, and deny rather than be honest and open with the American public. This does not surprise me as I said he was a liar during the campaign and he has done nothing but confirm my opinion at every opportunity.

He is no better than Bush and anyone who defends him as such is guilty of the same blindness they accused Conservatives of during Bush’s term. If you’re willing to let one party lie both parties are going to. Until we hold all sides accountable we will be held in contempt by our leadership and they will continue to abuse us.

A liar, cheat, or fiend is a liar, cheat, or fiend first and a Republican or Democrat second. Their twisted character and lack of ethics informs their chosen politics.

Ever notice how in movies about infections making people into zombies or psychos blood rarely transmits the infection? Drives me nuts. If they can bite and infect you then their blood is probably a very bad thing. Shoot, it isn’t the best idea to get sprayed in the eyes or mouth with someone’s blood WITHOUT a zombie apocalypse going on but somehow these mouth-breathers don’t protect their eyes, noses, or mouths from getting gore shot into them. Vampires – Ann Rice made them ambiguously gay, Twilight made them into sparkling sissies who might as well not be vampires. “I don’t want to eat food anymore” Strong Sad once whined. If Strong Sad hadn’t beaten Stephenie Meyer to it she’d probably have made Edward say that – because he’s a wuss. “Vampire Anorexic seeks Stupid Girl who is too young to realize he’s a pedophile and a mopey sissy. Must enjoy sparkling and tortured lip-biting.”

Werewolves – the only thing “wolfish” they’re doing is humping your teenage daughters. Like the vampire, their curse has become a bonus for shagging girls with a bad-boy fetish – it’s kind of like a foreign accent and a five-o-clock shadow. Werewolves have transformed from cursed killers to that older guy fathers are always telling their daughters to avoid because he’s just going to impregnate them and then leave the country.

Military Cover-up movies – the gubbermint is teh evils! It’s always the same stupid plot and 99% of the time it takes a shot at Conservatives and the paints the military as mindless, trigger-happy goons. Yay for perpetuating stereotypes! Especially ones that are 99% baseless!

In closing, the film “Mad” (I think that’s the title…) is a funny parody of zombie flicks.

I spend the days avoiding the sun and my nights working. I am possibly the most boring vampire ever – BLOOD AND TAXES FOREVER! Nah, I’m not working on taxes. I’m working on surveys. Glamorous, I know. I’m constantly bombarded with requests for autographs. Whether I consider working on my second Masters to be a stretch or too easy varies from week to week and seems to have more to do with my mood than anything else.

The only thing in the news that has really caught my eye this weekend was the crazy number of violent deaths – at least 22 in Chicago. Isn’t gun control amazing? I wish we had more of it – maybe if the criminals had more control over where their bullets went there wouldn’t be so many innocents killed by strays! Criminals will get guns illegally so banning guns only stops the lazy and those who would purchase and use the weapons properly.

We are talking about Chicago though – nonsense is how politics works here.

What is the basis of truth and judgment if God does not exist? Can there be ultimate truth if there is not an ultimate authority on what is true? If human beings are the most advanced being in existence, are we the closest thing to that “ultimate authority”? If so, which of us decides what is true and what is false? Is it the person with the highest IQ? Is it the majority or the most impressive minority? Given human weakness seen in errors, mistakes, and self-deception, can we trust the authorities we elect? Can we trust that election in the first place?

Nihilism is the only honest end of atheism. An atheist who claims that there is meaning in life, in existence, is avoiding the ultimate end of their arguments – there is no meaning or purpose to life. We simply exist. We come from natural means and we go into nothingness and nothing inbetween matters. The defense of life, rights, and “good” are foolishness unless one rejects humans as the ultimate authority on what is truth.

If truth remains subjective, relative, and bound to human definition it will remain an ever-shifting thing and therefore empty of any true meaning. Truth will become as valuable as gold. Gold is just a shiny metal. We say it has value so it has value. What is the difference between flowers and weeds? Only definition. We value flowers and we despise weeds. They are colorful plants with a pleasant scent – big deal. To some the difference between flowers and weeds would be a big deal. But if humans are the ultimate authority who is to say which stance is correct?

The sun exists. Nobody (credible) would deny the existence of the sun. But this truth is empty of value. When it comes to values, it is all a matter of opinion unless there is an ultimate opinion to appeal to. Otherwise we can all argue until we die and it will not matter. It will not even qualify as wasted time as all time is a waste – nothing you do will change anything or truly matter…unless God exists.

On what basis does the atheist judge? His/her own judgment? Laughable. By their own arguments I can disregard what they say. If they are right, my ignorance is empty of detriment. I will still die and become nothing. My ignorance might even make me happier as I will continue to live believing what I do has meaning.

And so I laugh at those who turn up their noses at “those ignorant zealouts” because their own beliefs prove that they are fools. It is empty. Why are you angry? If you are right then Christians, Muslims, etc can say whatever they want and nothing will come of it. Why argue with them? It changes nothing. If you enjoy feeling superior and exhibiting your intelligence try exercising some restraint and simply ignore their meaningless prattle. You are going to die, they are going to die, everyone is going to die – and then nothing.

So shut up or get religion.

There’s a “patriotic” music cd being advertised on tv – I don’t think it’s supposed to make me wanna burn all of America to the ground. Maybe it’s the lame lyrics, the lack of wit, or music that would make most church bands look like rockstars…

Is it ironic that a lack of batteries and some poorly poured cement have caused an ecological disaster? The other day I needed batteries and almost all the cement in the Chicagoland area is poorly mixed and poured and yet I didn’t get any oil! I blame science.

I hate you, science.

I have no idea what science has to do with my lack of crude oil but I’m sure it’s involved. It’s probably laughing at me right now while tying a woman to a train track – I’m jealous of his killer mustache! DOUBLE MEANING BONUS!!!

It’s about 3am and I’m a) not tired and b) too hot to sleep. This saddens me as I am bored. I’ve heard that there are only boring people but whoever said that was obviously entertained by the sound of his/her voice. It was probably said by science – I hear it’s a jerk.

Al Gore loves science – that’s why he’s so worried about Polar Bears drowning. Science, being a jerk, makes it so Polar Bears, who can usually swim, drown when Al Gore says they can’t swim.

Hey, I managed to avoid talking about serious topics like depression and atheism! Meh.

Those of us living in the United States are both blessed and cursed with an incompetent government. The curse is obvious so let’s skip to the blessing – they’re too incompetent to be effectively evil. Their ability to do wrong is practically cartoonish. The only thing they’re good at is lying.

I’m still proud of my country though. This is my ship and I’ll sink with her.

I believe my fondness of history has to something to do my morbid interest in horror and apocalyptic literature. There is something I find fascinating about total destruction – possibly because it is the antithesis of what I desire. I am an idealist at heart and a realist in mind. The realist coldly calculates and analyzes disasters. Detachment defends against the pain of seeing the ideal trampled down.

I was watching a film about Ghandi with my classmates and one of them began to sob. We were watching a section about the British gunning down men, women, and children (over a thousand of them) in cold blood. The classmate in question is from India so I’m sure it’s more real to him. His father also marched with Ghandi so it would be more personal to him.

Crying makes me uncomfortable but his tears made me think. How callous am I? Shouldn’t we all weep when we witness cruelty and brutality? My classmate’s heart is still tender and full. I was raised not to cry. I was raised to be hard to violence and ready to use it (properly). Being raised to love the military has never bothered me. What saddens me is that our military is very, very necessary.

The existence of evil should be mourned and fought against – both require strong hearts. Bleeding hearts die out. Beating hearts contain the potential for furious power and the clarity of calm.

And here is where I should launch into a discussion of how the brain is supported by the heart and vice versa but my laptop is burning a hole in my leg sooooo…

Night All

Bored and hot. My parents are cheap so the AC barely runs. In their defense, they’re paying the bills and they don’t have a furnace built into their torsos…for some reason I came with a furnace. Whilst other newborns were wrapped in two blankets my crib had a special noticed taped to it: “Hot baby – one blanket.” One blanket was probably too much but whatever – heatstroke is awesome.

My parents’ idea of “cool” is upper 70′s despite having lived in IL for over a decade. They like it hot and I wear flipflops and shorts throughout the winter. I should probably focus on the blessing of having any AC given the increasingly humid summers in IL.

I’m not entirely sure why I’ve returned to Xanga. Bitterness leads me to believe that having a blog that offers anything but entertainment is pointless – most people have already made up their minds. Beyond offering laughs or new info, I don’t feel like I’m contributing anything. The world seems bent on destroying itself and I’m sick of screaming at the blind to turn away from the precipice. “Shut your face – I know what I’m doing!” *falls over cliff edge*

Now that I’m no longer too depressed to care, I’m back to enjoying the frustration of caring and being unable to change anything. I apologize to any who are offended but the feeling this creates in me is “fuck it.” Generally speaking, I’m a “give them a second chance” kind of guy. I’m not sure if that comes across here because usually I’m frustrated to the point of cursing by the time I open my mouth/begin typing.

Mexico has harsher immigration laws than Arizona but their President is applauded by Congress, our “representatives”, for wagging his finger at our “racist” and “discriminatory” laws.

The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico would truly be a disaster if Bush were still in the White House. W was truly an evil man suckled at the tit of Big Oil. Obama, despite being surrounded by just as many rich elitists, only has our good in mind. He is our lord and savior. All hail Robert Gibbs the Hypnotoad.

Chicago continues to be a shining example of what Gun Control can do – it certainly isn’t one of the most violent cities in America. Nor is it corrupt. It’s a magical land of fairness where unicorns complete road construction in seconds rather than months, the Koala Mob fills the government with rainbow money, and fairies roam hither and thither snuffing out injustices and enforcing a political correctness that doesn’t disgust the logical mind.

BP is doing an amazing job sucking. The only people capable of screwing this up any more than they have is the Feds. All of that to say the Gulf of Mexico is screwed…LITERALLY.

For those of you questioning my use of literally in the previous sentence, please know that I only placed it there to annoy a friend.

For those of you questioning how friendly we are when I’d go out of my way to annoy, please know that I literally ride the wind and sparkle like a pony. Reread that sentence until your eyes LITERALLY BLEED. I’ll mention now that people using “literally” incorrectly or too often pisses her off, tee-hee, literally.

I can’t wait till we’re a ineffective as Europe! Won’t it be exciting to enjoy the same socialist principles that led to the USSR winning the Cold War and crushing those Capitalist dogs in America? I hope Big Brother makes a law where everyone hugs five times a day – I NEED HUMAN CONTACT.

I don’t understand why anyone trusts President Obama, Congress, or the Obama administration. I’m not sure why anyone trusts scientists or unions. There’s so much self-interest driven deceit flying hither and thither that I’m skeptical whenever an “authority” opens his/her mouth. It’s frustrating being lied to. It’s aggravating that the lies are so poorly constructed that it should be obvious to everyone that they’re lies and yet they keep telling them.

Our government is arrogant. They think they can tell bold-faced lies and we can’t do anything about it. But increasingly you see average citizens speaking out and people voting with their feet. The pressure for reform is increasing and if it isn’t listened to it’s likely to lead to bloodshed. History shows that the governed are willing to put up with a lot of abuse but that there always comes a point when the people will no longer tolerate abuse. Americans have a history of rebellion so poking and prodding them is a fool’s game. Unfortunately, arrogance and pride lead to myopic decisions. I’m hopeful that 2010 will see enough idiots voted out of office to send a clear message that Americans are sick of bullshit and that it’s reform or rebellion – take your pick.

Although rebellion would bring a more permanent change it’d also require bloodshed and I’d rather see reform sweep the nation for a decade or more than a revolution that lasts for decades but costs a generation a pound of flesh. Sin makes fools of the best us and keeps people from seeing a simple truth – we’re better off when we live in peace and cooperation. Greed and selfishness weaken us but our fear and fallenness keep us from achieving the strength of numbers and synergy of minds that would otherwise occur.

Peace and consensus are only useful when truth is at the center. If we keep peace by ignoring issues and we agree to lies to keep consensus then we’re in a worse place than if conflict occured. It’s pointless if we don’t start at truth so our lying government complaining about dissent should take note that THEY are generating the problems and WE are begging them for honesty. They have the power for now so it’s their choice as to which future they receive.

Who am I kidding? They desire their bribes more than lasting honor and glory. They’re blind to what is worthwhile. I can only hope and pray that the voters can find champions to conquer them at the polls and usher in a new era of strength. And from that strength we can pour healing into the world.

Obama, he’s taxing my patience and I’m already poor! First he kisses Europe’s ass and now he’s gone over to kiss Asia’s. Oh, I almost forgot that he’s kissed several asses in the Middle East. His backbone is a wet noodle and he can’t figure out why the rest of the world hates us even when we’re nice.

It’s because we weren’t the problem. We can bend over backwards and shoot gold unicorns out of butts and people will still hate us because THEY ARE HATERS. Hate is rarely rational. I hate spiders but beyond finding them creepy there’s not really a legitimate reason to hate them. I also question finding them creepy as most bugs don’t generate more than annoyance or disregard in me. That’s right – I’m a racist. I hate spiders. Filthy creatures!

So Obama can do anything and everything to please them and they will still hate us. His ignorance of this fact only places America and its allies in danger.

Congress, please find the nearest object you can kill yourself with. You suck at your job and it’s putting your country in danger. You’re corrupt and only smart enough to find the bribes being shoved in your face. Pass a bill that requires people, by law, to run you over when they find you standing in traffic. Herd yourselves onto a plane and crash it into a volcano. If you’re lucky, God will have mercy on your souls. If you’re not lucky, lube up cuz you’re going to get a GI track full of burning coals for spending so much of your life screwing people. The part of me that doesn’t want to face justice for my own sins hopes you find mercy. The part of me that’s a vindictive, justice loving asshole wants misery to find you in this life for betraying and exploiting your country and countrymen.

Has the system become so corrupt that only violence will purge it of the refuse that has built up? I will give these morons credit for one thing – I’m terribly excited about having a chance to vote as many of them as possible out of office. Hopefully we manage to find some replacements who aren’t retards suckled at the tit of socialism and blind to its vast history of FAIL.
